Would you like us to tell customers about your shop, using our locally grown business networks and retail outlets? Local businesses reach local foot traffic past your door, and we will profile your shop on the internet, in our catalogues, book and product-and-service websites across our affiliated networks, and in our media marketing campaigns. Would you like access to secondary sales profits when people buy direct from the internet? Would you like to trial a few new book titles without having to pay for them until you are certain of sales? We can refer sales from searches on our websites direct to your shop too. These are free services, and based on the idea of reciprocal relationships - you stock some of our books, and we - and our partner businesses in business directories, family and social networks and green networks across London - send custom in your direction!
We'll even represent your bookshop or shop, online business or retail group with pictures and a short friendly description of the experience people will have when they shop with you. We'll describe what your shop is about, and what you think is important from the customers' points of view. We'll list you as a specialist in the subject areas you are most enthusiastic about, and we will do this online as well as in our printed materials, so that people reading about you on the internet will know where to go for organic, or children's, or gardening or fantasy or sci fi books, for example. Meeting you face to face with our latest offers!
We're currently meeting booksellers face to face with our ten pound offer from a partner network. This offer is good for consumers, booksellers and publishers alike, and is fairly simple: the customer spends £10 on any books or other products in your shop - they don't have to be our books. And when they do, you give them a credit voucher we give you, which the customer may spend on clothes, CDs, DVDs, perfume oils, candles, wood and natural fibre products and many more gift items - even items for the home, and home services such as gardening or shelf installation are available - from any of our other participating retail outlets and businesses in London, the rest of UK and Europe. The vouchers have a unique code which identifies the retailer as being the source of the initial sale, and each time the customer uses the code to buy products, a proportion of the sales profits for those items is then remitted to you, the original bookseller or retailer!
